 Of all the sports he's played, baseball has always been the favorite.
An Early Passion
From the age of four, Nick has always been on a baseball team. T-ball, Little League, Optimists Club, Select and school teams. Happily, through all the travel, the city, state and national tournaments and a few championships -- baseball stayed fun and never became work.
Great Coaching
Nick is blessed. Not only was he taught good baseball by some good men, but several of his teachers are current major league coaches and former major league players. It's given him a different insight into the game and how to play well with teams and coaches.
Through the years he's gotten to play on some outstanding teams -- the Fort Worth Monarchs, and the Arlington Heat have afforded him the opportunity to travel and play in national championship settings.
